One of the things that most smartphones have is access to GPS. Until the advent of Android phones, there were a few GPS mobile phones, which have evolved a lot since it was invented for military purposes in the last century.
Since then, companies like Google have created services and tools such as Google Maps. But we have to realize that the way places are searched or named has not changed much in recent years. That’s why an app that’s now modern, called what3words, comes in.
The idea of the app is crazy and useful in equal parts. Although it is possible to meet someone in a specific place where the name of the street and the number is said, it is sometimes not. Imagine that we are at a music festival in the middle of the stadium, or that we are grilling a barbecue by the lake.
The problem is that Libre Torrent did not violate any Google Play policy, users were not infected with malware and did not steal the data, but it was deleted by Google because it once became a “rumor“”.
The developer Libre Torrent emailed Google to find out why it deleted its app, and Google’s response was as follows:
“LibreTorrent app status suspended by Google Play due to service violation”.
After submitting a petition that reply again as follows:
I analyzed your appeal and discovered that your app violates Google Play’s policy. During the review, we found that your app violates the spam policy. We do not allow applications that perform spam, such as duplicate applications of poor quality. “
Now, Libre Torrent is no longer available in the Google Play Store, but you can download it out of the Store from the following link: LibreTorrent
